Ok, so I know you Southern Belle's don't have Albertsons, but just in case there are still any doubts in your mind that couponing works....here is what I did at Albertsons this week:
19 bags of Tostito's Tortilla chips (.33 each after coupon & doubler)
19 2-liters Pepsi Max (.33 each after coupon & doubler)
19 jars Tostito's Salsa (.33 each after coupon & doubler)
12 cups Yoplait light yogurt (.36 each after coupon & doubler)
3 bags Uncle Bens' Brown & Wild Rice (FREE after coupon I recieved in the mail from Uncle Bens last night)
4 cans Taco Bell Refried Beans (.25 each after coupon and doubler)
12 8oz Hillshirt Farms Deli Sliced lunch meat ($1.00 each after coupon and doubler)
33 Propel Zero 6-packs
GRAND TOTAL before tax: $52.52 (Retail is $309.26)
I absolutely LOVE stocking up on things that have a long shelf life. My stockpile will no longer fit in my pantry, so we'll be spending some time this week putting non-essential boxes in the attick to free up shelf space in the garage. What a great problem! :-)
I still have 13 doublers left, and my Walmart will take them, so I'm headed to Wallyworld next to stock up on my favorite spaghetti sauce, Bertolli!
Hey! Us GA Peaches dont have them but if we were in sunny FL we would!! :)
